We have found McGrath to be a wonderful company to rent through. Danielle is a prompt and efficient property manager. Any time we've had to contact McGraths about our property, she has dealt with the matter quickly and has been excellent in communicating between our landlord and ourselves. In comparison with other real estate agencies that I've had dealings with, I cannot recommend McGraths highly enough :)

Thank you McGrath Blackburn. I  rented in Nunawading through you for 1 year and that was a great year for me. Thanks to Caroline Masik. Very professional and efficient in her dealings. We would have wanted to stay but its beyond our control. We have gained so much knowledge on how properties can be managed. Wont' hesitate to recommend anyone. Will be back to you guys to manage our property very soon.

I have two properties currently managed by McGrath Blackburn. Previously these were managed by other agents but I wasn't happy with the level of service received. I can say that I am very pleased with the excellent customer services provided by McGrath Blackburn, especially from Danielle Bone & Sarah Michael, for these properties. They keep me regularly informed, without prompting, or chasing up, on matters regarding tenancy, repairs and regularly inspections. They respond to my queries and make recommendations to fix any issues arising from maintenance. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for rental management.

McGrath Blackburn people are clearly well above the market standards. Emily Patton has shown her best expertise and professionalism. Her knowledge of her work and ability to negotiate is very impressive. We are very thankful to them and we wish Emily every success in life. For our any property matter we blindly rely on Grant Lynch and his team.

Their rental prices always the cheapest! Would like to increase rent price as a landlord as my tenant hasnt had a rent increase ever but I can’t because they always have the cheapest unrealistic listings that lowers overall value of the rental market in the area! If an agent can only get business from being CHEAP then you are Cleary no good at your business!
