Savour will enrich other chocolate and patisserie enthusiasts with their craftsmanship. Skilled chefs through to passionate foodies can expand their knowledge and skills.

Let our internationally trained and award winning chefs, Kirsten Tibballs, Paul Kennedy and Robyn Curnow instruct you how to make modern and exquisite chocolates and pastries. We use and sell only the finest ingredients and equipment from around the world such as Callebaut Belgian chocolate, so you will be sure to impress with your newly acquired skills.

Savour’s philosophy is simple. It seeks to develop the culinary identity of each student and provide them with the confidence and skills to produce their own chocolate and patisserie products.

Both the school and the associated store are fantastic resources for Melbourne and the Australian culinary scene. Classes address all experience and skill from beginning hobbyist to too level international professionals and cater to all equally well. The store has a great range of produce, tools and supplies for all aspects of chocolate and patisserie.
