I love this florist, service is always above and beyond. Every time I walk past, the shop window has a new design, always funky and fresh. The floral designs are beautiful, and the bouquets I walk out with get compliments from totally strangers on the street. Highly recommend!!

I needed to send flowers to a sick friend who is in the hospital and I live in the United States. Jaclyn Roma Floral design was the only shop I was able to contact and work with to ensure the delivery went smooth. They delivered a very beautiful bouquet. I would highly recommend Jaclyn Roma Floral Design.

Last year Jaclyn Roma did flowers for my wedding. While my bouquet was lovely, I was very disappointed in the table flowers, which ended up being stems of unopened flowers. I had a sample from the shop around 3 weeks before,  and advised them it took a week to open, so asked them to order the table flowers with plenty of time. I was assured they had techniques to speed up opening if required, yet the flowers at the reception were almost all closed and looked sad. Certainly not as planned. After the wedding, when I emailed them for a small refund (I had paid for vases they were unable to source and I had to buy my own) and to provide feedback, I had to send several emails before getting a response, and then it was just to arrange the refund. Very disappointing, and a year on, I feel let down.

Was charged an exorbitant amount for a bouquet of flowers I could've purchased from the market for a quarter of the price.
