What an amazing experience. I'm so thankful for the time, knowledge, and patient help I received here. Natasha was so wonderfully knowledgeable about the products, and took the time to help me both understand what what was, but also in guiding me through deciding what was best for my needs. Can't recommend enough. Definitely go and see these guys for any kitchenware/homeware needs.

I was very disappointed as there are boxes everywhere, you can't move in the store. I had my mum in a wheelchair and you couldn't enter the store at all. I went back a couple of weeks later without my mum and nothing had changed. Very cluttered and a trip hazard. An accident waiting to happen.
A good kitchenware supplier for general culinary needs. It's not as upmarket or as expensive as "The Essential Ingredient" in Kingston, so this is a good place to get the actual essentials, and save your money for some really nice things to make cooking a pleasure.
My elderly mother waited in her wheelchair while I bought 2 gifts for her to give friends at Christmas. I asked if they could be wrapped in tissue paper sitting on the counter. "No. That is for wrapping individual crockery items", the sales assistant said. I wont't go back to this store.
Love visiting this kitchenware shop whether I need something or am just in the neighbourhood.they have a huge range and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
