The financial controller at this place is a minor tyrant, a rude woman who gave me hell after my keys had been stolen and I needed a locksmith to unlock the front door. It took 2 minutes for the locksmith to drive to my place, and a lot longer for me to walk home from the locksmiths in the heat. But the financial controller told me WE DON'T GIVE LIFTS. Whatever the company policy this person is bad advertisement for the place. She should stay out of the customers' way where they don't have to encounter her very ugly face. NOTE: The last time I needed entry to my home the locksmith was glad to give a lift . NOTE: A person from a professional business in the vicinity kindly offered unasked to give me a lift. She did not have a suspicious 'something might go wrong' attitude.

Adam was a star. Answered phone promptly. Was great at getting the exact details to determine how he could help. Turned up on time as promised. Did his magic and then some. Would highly recommend if you're in a spot of bother and need a reliable, friendly and trustworthy locksmith. Cheers Adam.

Went into SAS Locksmiths in Leederville this week, and I have never been so disgusted with service like I received here. These guys only care about how much money they are going to make out of a job, then genuinely caring about there customers. Would not recommend these guys to anyone. I had to give 1 star but to be honest they are not even worthy of that.

Have just had the most amazing service from these guys, they went above and beyond what could ever be expected! Steven in the Service department was so helpful. Highly recommend.

This guy is an absolute legend! Only person who answered the phone at 11pm on a Friday night when I was temporarily locked-out of my house all the way down in Byford and he was very quick respond. You're the stuff of legends mate. For everyone else, definitely give SAS next time you're in a spot of bother! Cheers
