Can't speak highly enough of everyone who works at Samuel Property. Having dealt with many developers in the past, this company truly go above and beyond in all departments, and the quality of the developments themselves are genuinely first rate. Excited and eager to see more of their high end buildings across Melbourne in the years to come.
I am very dissatisfied with Samuel development in regards to important features that they failed to include in the development of the property. 1. There is no lighting on the front footpath leading to the entry of the townhouses, it is dark and poses as a significant safety issue and falls risk. 2. There is no intercom system at the entry gate which means that when I have visitors they need to contact me on my mobile to alert me to let them in. 3. The design of the front entry gate, allows people to be able to stick there hand through the gate and open the lever which again is a major safety issue and defeats the purpose of having a locked entry gate. Clearly many shortcuts were taken and the safety of residents was not in mind when developing these townhouses.
Passionate, professional and attention to detail second to none. Simply drive by or visit a handful of Samuel’s complete projects. Not often does the completed project look better than the artistic renders. Drive by Turner in Glen Iris and in this instance the project has surpassed expectations. I am not affiliated with Samuel developments, I simply admire their work.
I have been involved with Samuel Property on number of projects in the past. They use great architects and consultants to get the best results for the clients. They are very approachable and easy to talk to.
Samuel Property's professional conduct and behaviour is a pleasure to be associated with. I have found their attention to detail and level of pre-planning and consideration to the end user extremely refreshing.

Bought an off the plan townhouse and settled in Jan 2019. The developer has left the front footpath with no lighting at all, which can be a serious hazard at night. Also the front gate can be opened by anyone from the outside through the gaps in poles via the door handle which makes the lock on it completely useless and the neighborhood becomes unsafe. The garage gate is also lacking a timer sensor to automatically close after a certain period of time. Again it leaves the owners with a great security concern when the garage gate is left open.
Samuel Property are a dedicated team that make building easy. Their attention to detail and communication with everyone involved is second to none. Highly Recommend.
