Story

Our experience and skill in residential and commercial-building has meant we have designed, developed and built some of Melbourne's most unique and prestigious homes and commercial developments.

Ravida has grown through strategic planning, conservative risk management, dedicated client service, and a drive to achieve the best outcomes for clients. The company has a strong focus on quality boutique projects, and everyone on the team is driven and passionate about delivering results. Most recently we added retirement living to our port folio with the launch of the Renaissance Living brand and the construction of the Renaissance Living Surrey Hills complex.

Our flexibility comes from having the right expertise in each area of the development process. It not only gives our clients the best outcomes time and time again, but it means we can provide a quality project in almost any building arena, from luxury homes to large-scale office developments.

Mr Ravida is the driving force behind the Ravida Group and has developed a reputation as one of the Victoria's most respected builders.

An active member of the MBA of Victoria since 1994 and former president, Mr Ravida was recently made a life member in recognition of his long term dedication to Melbourne's building industry.
