I would like to thank all of the staff at the Chermside store today for great customer service. A special thank you to Connor for assisting me today with buying a new phone and getting me set up with Telstra. He helped me transfer my data to the new phone and was very knowledgeable. I had a great experience. Thanks again.
I simply cannot praise the customer service we received from the store at Chermside. Dillon was the ‘lucky’ man who got to work though our issues, he was so patient and knowledgeable. Dillon worked through all our issues, answered stupid questions. So happy with the results.
Fantastic store workers at Chermside that went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. One of the most enjoyable experiences I've had in retail. Had some good laughs with them too. Special mentions to Lua, Zak, and Connor as well as the rest of the team.
Great store. Love the setup. Went in to buy the new Samsung Watch 5. The young lady who served me was able to answer all my questions and helped me to select the best option for me and the best deal for my final purchase.
Well, it's been a while since I went up to the end of Chermside. It was a pleasant surprise to see a complete dedicated Samsung Store. I had all my questions answered about my S20 phone, so hopefully, all will go well overseas.
I brought a galaxy z flip 3 7 months ago and I have had to take it in twice for repair in the last two months they treat you like an inconvenience unless your spending money they are extremely happy to take your money but if your there to get a problem solved your passed around hardly spoken too and just treated like garbage my phone is currently with them as the hinge is now faulty and they told me nothing is wrong with it when there clearly is. Now no one can answer what’s happening with my $1500 dollar phone or when I do call they don’t answer the service Center won’t answer my calls they said they’d escalate the issue but I’ve heard nothing. I will never buy another Samsung product again which hurts because I’ve been loyal to Samsung for years
Great service, had issues with fingerprint rec not working, few taps later by staff and its registering again. Thanks heaps, Dylan really knows his work, will be back
Will never buy from Samsung again, worst complaints service and are not willing to fix my device. Will be heading to the ACCC Photos and videos attached
Got the latest s23 ultra. Employee messed up my pre order. Didn't add Samsung care for the stipulated period. Somehow, they rectified it on the day the device artived, wasting my time. Next, placed pre order on the latest buds. Told the employee specifically to send me a text when it arrives. Never received one. Calling them yielded no satisfactory answer. Went to check up on it two weeks later. Found out prices had gone up. Was told to pay 100 $ extra instead of 50$ as i was told before. I refused. They refused to accommodate the original deal and wanted more all because the incompetent staff at the store did not do their job on time.For a company worth billions, customer satisfaction and honoring original deals doesn't seem part of the plan. Way to go Samsung. Probably my first and last time dealing with the incompetent staff at Samsung Chermside. 10/10 will never go back.
Got S20+ and had the green line issue recently. Samsung is degrading in terms of services as they told it was going to cost $420 to fix that where as the issue is with the mobile phone and no physical damage. Poor phone quality and unreliable which is why people rely on Apple products.
