Shocking customer service, the girl was not interested in the issue with my phone nor would she get another person to help. She was more interested in flirting with her male colleagues than offering assistance, I was absolutely disgusted with her attitude
Never had a complaint with Apple stores. Staff is always helpful as always. Net and tidy. During these days, they have extra security as needed. Enough Iphone 12 was available today.
Great service as always. The long line up was due to covid 19 social distancing. Personally I thought it was a little over the extreme but I guess if this is what make everyone safe then why not

Apple store did not allow us to purchase Apple Watch because the store was closing in 25 minutes. They asked us what you guys would like to buy. We said specifically what we wanted. They did not even allow us to enter the store. We were just told that the manager has closed the till.
Not bad, didn't have to wait long. Reasonable service. Have been back twice since.
