Wasted my time & money just because these guys don't own up to their mistakes. For two weeks I've been trying to get the money send from Samoa ,The fact that they try to push the blame to their Samoan branches for not sending in the list with my money on it that I should be rightfully getting is unacceptable. I had my receipt all this time and they send me away twice and said they don't have it saying I could be mistaken for another company. Makua kumu a'u i le ofo sole. Word advise, a sese mai Samoa then you should own it because in the middle of all this drama, the customer is getting dragged in the mud for your high minded attitude. Alofa mai o kakou uma o Samo.
Otara branch is the worst..Im not sure if its them or the whole process of transferring money between NZ and Samoa. Its so easy and simple for them to take money from us when we want to send it, but when it comes to taking out money that was sent to us from another country, its like we're living back in the 1800's. Its so complicated and frustrating. People use your service because its supposed to be fast and easy, yet so hard when it comes to taking out our money. Anyways, you guys need to improve on your service. The least your staff can do is to answer your phones. Will give 5 stars once I see improvement. Lol
