Waste of my time, Total LIE ! gave me a price on the phone when I went to pick up the item price changed suddenly. Bunch of lazy and rude staffs, not a good image for Hazara community. Ignore and disrespect you n make you wait for hours. So please don't waste your valuable time/money by going there.
Opening hours - Saturday 'til 5pm. Called at 3:40pm - told closing in 10 minutes. I said I'm 5 mins away, and just want 1 tyre very common size. Was told no - because customers aren't allowed in yard. Huh?
Dont waste your time here. Overpriced and dont have any mehcanical pieces becuase they make more money sending them overseas. Due to there income coming from exporting they dont care about dealing with local Australian customers.

Poor customer service. Rude. Disrespectful. Lazy. Awful place. I pity the sad staff. I called in advance. They said my parts were there, available. When I arrived they were ignorant about my call and told me to search through the yard of 1000 wrecks I guess. They don't know what stock is there. I finally found a vehicle that seemed identical. We agreed on a price and they said they would remove the parts. I returned to collect them and then they told me to do it myself even though there are about a dozen workers in the yard. The part didn't fit. No refunds, suck eggs, they don't seem to care.
Easily the worst wreckers in Queensland. Was happy to tell me over Facebook that the part I was after was available, but like the other reviews, when I got there they were more interested in playing with their fidget spinners seriously. After walking out into the lot four times no one wanted to come with me, let alone find the part and having to follow up numerous times after they refused to help even when I offered to pay extra to get out of their chairs, they eventually admitted the car never existed. Definitely avoid.

I still going to this place because they allow customer to DIY and the locationis conveniences to myself. Price is reducious expensive than OEM brand new. I will only go to this place if it is urgent or necessary.
good service once finished waiting. I asked for better price and got about 15% off original asking price for ute tray. The guys in yard are good hard workers and happy to answer questions. Mohammed was good found them on marketplace. Good quality parts used but not stuffed.
