Terrible service and no knowledge outside of searching on their own website. I have a new popular car but because it didn't show up on his screen they offered me nothing. Absolutely useless even though I see plenty others driving around with what I want they gave no advice and offered no solutions.
All the staff at roof racks galore rocklea are so knowledgeable and amazing to deal with. I especially want to single out Ryan who really helped me organise what roof system would work on my car and went out of his way to research it and get back to me with a plan. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for roof and storage needs. Thank you very much. Happy customer and will be back
Many thanks to the boys at the counter on Wednesday..they were straight up aces..professionals at what they do and mad respect bruh ..sorted my things in minutes and their info and knowledge about the things I needed was spot on ..will definitely recommend all my off roadies here to Rocklea..many thanks boys appreciated
Amazing customer service. I arrived 5 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and the staff assisted me basically they did it all in fitting a problematic set of roof racks. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
