Story

Looking for a new challenge Phil Abram stumbled across the ‘create your own’ salad concept whilst travelling in the US. On returning to Australia he enlisted the culinary genius of Sean McBride and together they have created the multi – store operation called Saladworks.

Focusing on the CBD breakfast and lunch trade and attacking the need to have healthier options the boys opened their first store in the Sydney CBD at Hunter St in May 2005.
Now with three company owned sites, two licensed stores and more in the pipeline, Saladworks is on the verge of becoming a major player in the “healthy food fast” franchise concepts.

Staying true to the conviction that delicious food stands the test of time, they have proven that eating healthy doesn’t need to be boring. With a vast range of delicious ingredients to ‘create your own’ salad or wrap and eight sumptuous ‘chef – created’ dressings to enhance their flavour a Saladworks salad or wrap is unrivalled in its quality and taste.
Expanding the menu to encompass wraps, soups, and delicious breakfast options, Saladworks despite the name is not just about salads.
