The sushi was brilliant and authentic, so were the other dishes that we got. The only negative thing is that if you order a boat with the salmon and shrimp sushi, it usually falls apart when trying to pick it with chopsticks. I'll be back soon I guess. Parking: Behind the restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: Toilets for the handicapped
Good all you-can-eat Asian restaurant. Quite some variety in the menu, which you scroll and operate yoursrlf on a tablet.Food: 4/5
The open buffet is a very nice option as you can have a salad, soup, fritters, sushi and dessert. The food is ok and the service was nice.Recommended dishesBateau Sushis, Soupe Piquante, Nems Et Crevettes Frits
We ordered only one round with little food and then didn't want to finish those or order more. The taste was ok, but Sushi has too much cold and hard rice. You can easily get full with the rice. It seemed like that fish salad had fish as decoration and lettuce was actually the major part. In the hand rolls, we could hardly find fish. We feel some of the fish were not fresh either. Besides the disappointing food, we received cold services. When we asked about the menu at the beginning, the waitress was quite impatient as if we were wasting her time. The menu sheets given to us were totally different from their website. Sashimi is not in the all-you-can-eat buffet at all. You need to pay separately for them. I can understand that this is not an easy moment for restaurants. But when the prices are already increased, the food materials are also decreased or down graded, why should we go to such restaurants again? We won't and do not recommend it either.
Sakura has changed a lot the food it serves. The quantities are too small. We didn't like the flavors at all. Confused flavors not reminiscent of the restaurant's origins. The staff could have been nicer. We wanted help with the new digitized ordering system but they didn't seem all that available to help!! We definitely won't be going back.
It's not really good sushi.. we had higher hopes, maybe. The place has open sushi with 5 rounds of order. The warm appetiziers we got like edamame and gyoza were not warm at all. There's a variety with the sushi, but for some reason, we didn't get everything we ordered. If you ask for the warm type of sushis with cooked chicken, for example, just know they will come cold. We asked for more ginger, but we didn't get them. The staff seemed kind and smiling, but the service was too slow. I wouldn't really recommend it if you love sushi. It was just filling your stomach, I guess, not if you want good quality food.. and it's not cheap either!
Sushi with can tuna, no nuddles, limited options. The 1st round of all you can eat took 5 minutes to come, but the 2nd round took 25 min. Not so friendly
Rating and review are for the all-you-can-eat option. I'm giving the food one out of five stars but adding an extra star because they have parking. The sushi was mediocre at best. The fish was fresh enough, but there was a very high rice-to-fish ratio. The eel sushi came with what looked like eel sauce but tasted like something we couldn't even identify. The rolls were okay, but my husband hates cucumber, and a we weren't able to request that rolls with cucumber come without it, and b even one of the rolls that wasn't pictured with cucumber came chock full of it. The appetizers were hugely disappointing. Everything was not just deep fried even the shumai! but also shiny with grease. The "shrimp tempura" were dipped in something like bad fish and chips batter and ended up being a tiny sliver of seafood coated in five millimeters of soggy, tasteless breading. As an added offense, they were served with duck sauce, not even real tempura dipping sauce. Weak. Parking: Loads of parking
We got a deal to go with some friends. And totally worth it. It was my second time in the restaurant and thid second time was a better experience, - Customer service: we paid in advance and the restaurant was called to cancel 1/6 tickets, even though we cancel one ticket literally right before our reservation, the manager kindly understood and reimburse the money paid. Indeed it was great they shown kindness and customer service skills. - Food was amazing and the tempura options where so many good for kids friendly Kodossss to chef and management!! -atmosphere: I really enjoy and the attention to detail to their deco, the plants, they symbols of their culture and also the toilets are very clean.
One of the excellent 'all you can eat' restaurants. Versatile dishes. Exceptionally delicious curry rice. Vegetarian options: Comparatively more vegetarian options available - sushi, fried veg starters, edamame, fried rice, curry rice, legumes sautés, miso soup, noodles soup, sesame ball, fried mushrooms. Parking: Free Parking space inside the restaurant premises. Also street parking available.
