Overall was good enough. Self ordering pad was pretty easy to use, lucky we didn't have any problem of it. Food and drinks came very soon after we submitted our order. There are a bit limited selections on Drinks. Taste of all dishes we ordered were very good. We enjoyed the salmon sashimi special, beef tataki, eel sushi roll. But the salmon sashimi special combined with nigiri and mini sushi roll, so salmon's quantities were little at this price.
We ordered the large sashimi and yakiniku set for 2 with an extra side of wagyu. The sashimi was fresh the salmon was lovely and fatty. The yakiniku set was really good value for money, it included - a variety of beef, vegetable tempura, edamame beans, Sushi rice and ramen. They bought out a mini coal griller, which kept us warm on a cold winter night and it was a great experience. The standout was the ramen, the soup was creamy and salty and the noodles had the perfect texture. We also enjoyed the Japanese alcohol available.
My partner and I visited Sakura Sake the other day, and it was a very good experience. It has a very decent atmosphere. We ordered Katsu Chicken Curry Bento and Unagi Bento. As you can see from the photos, the portion is big and full of different types Japanese food in the bento. We both were very surprised how fresh the salads were because most places cannot get their salad fresh. The mains were above average and still can use some improvements. Overall, it is a great place to try out! But make sure you go with an empty stomach!
My friend and I ordered few different dishes and they were all yummy!! The Sashimi was really fresh! Recommend Okonomiyaki that serves on hot sizzling pan!!
The food was ok, nothing special. Their order process at the table by using tablets doesn’t work well. First, our drinks took a long time and when we asked about it and confirmed that we had entered it into the tablet, were told that the kitchen was preparing them. Then it was difficult for everyone at the table to see the menu on the tablet - it’s not possible to make the letters bigger. We just ended up asking for paper menus. The servers were constantly walking through the restaurant so it was easy to catch their eye.
Great atmosphere, Service was very good. As for the food . Absolutely fantastic. Tbh second visit in just over a week. And impressed yet again.
Food was ok . Order off a screen. I think trying to really out there. Prefer personal service. Prices were good.
Nice decor and well cooked food but next time I will definitely ask for the sauces to be served on the side as I found them sickly sweet. They distracted from the flavours of the main ingredients.
Food was good but expensive. As there was a group who ordered four lots of the biggest menu item, it took them over an hour to make our food.
The environment is very good, there are indoor and outdoor dining area. Many choice of food. My opinion, it's too small of nigiri sushi.. Very mini.. The price is above the average. Suggest make an appointment before go. Last time me and my friends went by, we chose to have dinner here. When we got in the restaurant, we want to dining indoor, the waiter said because we didn't have a reservation, so arranged outdoor seats for us, although obviously indoor seats are empty. Until we finished our meal, the indoor empty seats were still empty. Speechless..
