Hi Andrea and Laura, We've tried to contact you both though a private message, but neither of you have responded. We also can't find either of you in our computer system. Over the last 5 years alone, we've had over 16,000 people have the hair reduction treatments with great results, and if this a genuine complaint, we'd certainly like to rectify it for you! We certainly have caused frustration for our competition with our value for money approach, but rest assured, the treatments work, and we'd be more than happy to discuss this with you. I have never written on online review before but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give zero stars if I could. After I wasn't getting the results I expected from my IPL treatment, I raised my concerns with a new technician, who advised me that the treatment wasn't being carried out properly because the staff were not trained to do it. After registering my dissatisfaction with the service I had paid for, management refused to reimburse me even partially. After paying for 16 treatments 4 more than what I was originally told I would need, they told me I had to pay for 6-8 extra treatments before I would see any results. So basically start from scratch. If it was a case of the treatment just did not work for me, I could have accepted it. But they have openly admitted negligence on their behalf. Even though the prices may seem cheaper than other places, your basically throwing money down the drain. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the management was disconcerting and demonstrated why the customer service practiced by most staff members was so terrible. I do not need to go into specific details as the majority of the reviews reflect how awful this place is. I would just advise any potential patrons to find a different establishment for this service.
Very bad customer service, hard to get hold of the salon to change or schedule appointments and their IPL information seems completely different to every other salon I've been to. I haven't seen any results which isn't surprising given this! Really disappointing, I would not recommend for IPL but haven't tried their other services.
Went to the northbridge branch. Anita, the lady who did my treatment is just gorgeous! After this course, I d more than likely purchase another one. Highly recommend:
The worst customer service ever in this place. Constantly mixed up appointments and will not return my calls and emails regarding my iPl appointments I had to put on hold due to pregnancy. Always have "special offers " with various discount sites but I found the first round of iPl here useless and terrible service. Would advise anyone to stay away
Have been going to SABR for 3 years now for facials, and not only are they great value, when I get the face rejuvenation my friends always comment on how good my skin looks.
After one visit here it was very obvious why it's this cheap. Understaffed and the staff that were there were poorly trained although very friendly, not the staffs fault but obviously this place is very poorly managed.
