I found the Ladies here very professional. A busy Saturday and we are running a little late for my daughters appointment. MECCA Hay St were fantastic. There was no rushing because it was the end of the day, they were friendly and helpful. Her make-up was perfect. just as she wanted it Thank you Ladies, I like your work.

Not sure how many times I have to tell the girls that I’m waiting and I’m okay. Nearly every single person in here has asked multiple times if I’m okay or if I’ve been looked after. If I didn’t have an appointment, I would have walked out already. I understand customer service and asking etc but seriously.
