Picked a nice suit which staff told me was on sale, put it on hold and when I came back to collect it they told me they had made a mistake it was full price. Advertising signage was misleading and staff poorly trained on sale. Nothing was offered from manager, I had to call her back to hear sorry nothing they can do, not great customer service.
