SA Base Camp is Adelaide's first Military based enclosed fitness obstacle course with a new take on fitness, featuring state of the art equipment.

Story

S.A Base Camp is far from your standard gym.
We are sure to impress you when you walk through the doors, from our massive vertical rope climbs to sprinting into 80-100 Km/h winds in the super COOL wind tunnel.

Not enough? Go one better with running up the only travelator of its kind in Australia - capable of travelling over 15Km/h at a 38 degree incline!
Not to mention, 14 other challenging obstacles waiting for you to take them on.

Still want more? No problem! How about a 100+ sqm free weights area, crèche for the littlies (so no excuses not to train) and & café with all the right food & drinks.

Oh, and one last thing... 4 ton truck pushing if you DARE.

Heaps of fun. A challenge for any level of fitness and ability. Well set up with new things coming. Bring gloves if you can. A couple of hours easily spent just going around the course. Normal gym equipment there to use as well. Great for a “team building” day. Friendly staff.

Awesome place that caters for everyone - all levels and types of fitness. 5* BaseCamp is unlike any gym you have encountered. Situated in Royal Park, BaseCamp South Australia is warehouse-sized and is hard to miss with it’s striking orange colour theme. Whilst it has every piece of equipment that might be found in traditional gyms, BaseCamp goes much further. As a ‘gargantuan’ fitness centre, BaseCamp is a true marvel of innovation, creativity and hard work. The atmosphere within BaseCamp is electrifying and highly infectious. The facilities, fitness equipment, creative design and challenges make it irresistible to those pursuing fitness goals. However, BaseCamp doesn’t just cater for all types of fitness, it also provides for all levels of fitness. There is a strong community spirit which bestows genuine respect for anyone who is prepared to ‘give it their best’. BaseCamp is truly unique in every way. Inside, it has its own crèche and cafe. The childcare services are for children up to 12 years – so there’s no excuse for parents not to workout and socialise! The Fuel Cafe (open to members and the general public) offers a range of healthy food, snacks and beverages for affordable prices.

Great atmosphere created by the members and staff. The facility has a wide range of fitness machines to match your needs and has an amazing obstacle course that you can always push yourself further on.
