S3 Studio

Great little studio. Love to see a big variety of people attending the classes - there are options for everyone. Practiced Pilates until I was 40 weeks pregnant and felt great and supported.

So pleased to have found this studio. It's easy to park outside, it is well appointed and run. Pilates classes are fabulous. Desiree and the other coaches really check on your form and help you progress to you next level.

Great studio! Love the pilates classes. The staff are super friendly and have a great knowledge on both anatomy of the body and how to run classes to push your body at your level of experience.

I have been going to this studio for over a year now and can highly recommend it. All the teachers are great and the atmosphere is so open and inviting. What I love the most is they really listen, if you have injuries, they adjust the excises for you so you always leaving feeling like you have had the workout your body needs and deserves. :-D

This is THE best Pilates studio with the best trainers I've been to. Highly highly recommend.
