I had a fantastic stay at the Rye Hotel and just wanted to say a big thank you to the amazing team!nnSpecial thanks to James for the warm welcome and excellent service at the bistro—he truly made the experience feel special. Also, a huge shoutout to the lovely Katie at reception who was incredibly helpful and arranged my room so smoothly. The accommodation was spotless, very clean and tidy, and made my stay super comfortable.nnI also dined at the bistro and had the Nasi Goreng—honestly, the best Nasi I’ve ever had! Massive compliments to the chefs for the delicious meal.nnHighly recommend this place for both food and stay. I’ll definitely be back!
Had breakfast this morning at the Rye Hotel and it was absolutely divine. The portions were generous, and every bite was delicious. The service stood out—Misty and Colleen were both warm, attentive, and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back again very soon!
Came from SA on the Queenscliff ferry and stopped at the Rye hotel for a.delicious roast lunch. Misty was the waitress who was so friendly and helpful. My husband had some tasty soup too. What a great venue and it was a lovely sunny afternoon to begin our Melbourne holiday trip
Great location with plenty of parking available at the rear. Misty was an exceptional staff member, polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the menu.nUnfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. We ordered the chicken risotto, but it arrived more like a fried rice dish with burnt spring onion mixed through. The parma was average and the crispy chicken wings lacked flavour, were overcooked and smothered in sauce.nBased on the food alone we wouldn’t return, but full credit to Misty and the front of house team for their outstanding service.
The quality of breakfast was absolutely terrible and disappointing, there was egg shell in the brekkie burger, very black avo, uncooked bacon, very burnt and cold coffee. The lady in charge was very angry and instead of understanding the customers’ needs and complaints, behaved very rudely. It doesn’t look like that they were ready to serve customers on Sunday morning.
