If you’ve ever wondered “Where did that Rustica MC chef go?” Well, wonder no more. He’s here, and his knives are sharpened enough to split atoms.nnHe’s also assembled a competent team to serve up flavours you would expect from table cloth places.nnYou can expect to find standard cafe fare here. Coffees, eggs benny, and all that, but if you’re up for it, you can also find stuff like pork belly, steak & fries and many other exciting items.nnFancy a drink? You’ll be happy to find beers, cocktails and wines. Worried about HR? They’ve got you covered with coffees & teas.nnIf I had to nitpick, then the staff can be a little friendlier. They’re not rude, nor absent, they just don’t have the warmth I’m used to here in Australia.nnIn any case, do walk right in, greet the staff, pull up a chair and enjoy the feast.
The chili scrambled eggs was surprisingly filling and packed with rich flavour. Perfect eggs and the bread is delicious. I've never had pickled chilli before and I'm now a fan of the pleasant blend of spicy and sour. Definitely worth the price.nnBeautiful place and good vibes. Good for just a catchup coffee or a meal.nnService was super fast and staff friendly.nnI will be back again soon for sure.
Amazingly start into the Sunday, yummy food, sun is shining and the waiter was really attentive.nWe didn’t had much time and they took care of us right away. The seafood pasta and chilli scramble are a hit with hubby and me. I want more… see you soon

Can’t express my surprise and excitement to see Rustica opening in my suburb! It undoubtedly raised up the bar for brunch and provides the perfect sourdough for everyday life. Thanks for coming to Brighton and we’ll come back more often.
