Lovely place on Brighton’s main street, busy and vivid area, we were there early in the afternoon and it was fully packed. We were seated outside underneath the shade and although it was really busy I loved the atmosphere. The renovated building is charming inside and out with plenty of space. Food was delicious, we’ll definitely be back to try other menu items.
A lovely spot with a great selection of pastries and excellent service across the board.nnI ordered the Caesar salad, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The salad was overwhelmed with dressing, making it almost inedible, and the eggs around the edge of the plate were dense and rubbery. While I managed to eat some, I had to leave most of it behind.nnOn a positive note, the others at the table thoroughly enjoyed their meals, as shown in the accompanying photos.
I can’t imagine how Mazi could recieve any poor reviews. It’s not often we are wowed by many places these days but Mazi was definitely one of them. We had breakfast and coffee here daily just because we couldn’t get enough. The presentation and quality of the food was an absolute 10/10! Truly some of the best we’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly and really put a lot of love into all of their beautiful and delicious creations. It’s also a lovely spot to hang in the sun. Can’t recommend enough!
My family have been here a few times now to eat, and every single time, we have found the service and sheer helpfulness of the staff simply second to none . 5 star plus plus !nnThe food has always been excellent with prompt delivery. The prices are very reasonable as well.nnA simply wonderful place to eat if you are visiting or live around the Brighton area.
An absolutely lovely experience! Firstly, the venue here is absolutely sublime - inside this refurbished church are a generous allotment of seats and tables, in a spotless and impeccably furnished environment. Outside, there is a wide variety of seating available for a nice day, with much of it under cover. I got the Shakshuka, which was flavourful and generous, and also came out extremely fast, and other food being served to other tables also looked lovely. Service was friendly and fast, and while prices were not exactly cheap or affordable, they felt aligned with the surrounding options in the area. My one comment would be the bathrooms - while they weren’t especially dirty, you have to pass by the bins and input a special code to enter them, in an area quite separate from the rest of the establishment I do understand this seems like something that would be hard to change. Overall, would highly recommend!
