Had brunch at Brick Lane and really enjoyed it.nThe corn waffle was crispy on the outside, soft inside, with a nice natural sweetness — not heavy at all. The omelette was light, fluffy, and cooked perfectly. Simple menu items but done really well.nnWhat stood out the most was the staff. Super friendly, energetic, and you can tell they work really well together. Even though it was busy, service was fast and everyone stayed cheerful, which made the whole place feel lively and welcoming.nnGreat vibe, good food, and a solid team. Would happily come back for brunch again
Visited Brick Lane and found it pretty average. The Eggs Benedict was pricey at $30 with bacon, and the corn waffles were slightly dry. Overall, there are definitely better brunch options out there.
This place will always be my go-to in the city. The food always slaps!!! and the chilli scrambled eggs make me think of home, so good! The sandwich was great as well, and got the orange juice with ginger and it was good too. The chocolate milkshake wasn't the best but the rest of the food made up for it lol!
I will usually inhale scrambled eggs. The chilli scramble here was a bit too spicy and oily/cheesy for me. It felt heavy and hard to taste the egg. The bread was interesting, it tasted like sweet brioche.
Value was so-so. But the area itself is beautiful and the staff very attentive & nice. I had takeaway, so only commenting in regards to that experience. Not sure if I'd recommend when your looking for something value & quality. Dirty chai was milky and the size was disappointing for cost. Sanga was tasty but once again value so-so.nnI'd have to go back and try eating-in.
