Great coffee. Excellent breakfast. The line up of croissants looked amazing but not enough time on this visit. Got there as doors opened at 7am for a quick breakfast. Breakfast rolls looked amazing. Will come back.

I have enjoyed going to Rustica and now Brick Lane for many years. Many of our colleagues have stopped going due to issues with the service. Last table left to enjoy a nice breakfast so I sat down (food is great) and was subsequently told to move as we were a party of 2. The tables for 2 face outwards so not the best setup for a good breakfast meeting. Don’t like trying to eat sideways unless I’m outside a cafe in Paris. Decided to take control and left. Won’t be back.

I was really excited to go into this cafe with my friend this morning, I had heard great things and was keen to try. However, when myself and my friend were given menus and water we were told rudely and abruptly that the takeaway coffee we’d purchased elsewhere were not allowed and then he shook my friends coffee and said are you done passive aggressively, and before she could answer he took her coffee and threw it out.My friend and myself found this rude as we had brought the coffees a while ago while trying to find the cafe as we got lost, we had every intention of buying another coffe and a meal each however, we were so put off by the service that we left.

Food and service were both fantastic. I'm pregnant and forgot to ask if there were raw eggs in the aioili until the food came out. They took away the plate and happily replaced my sandwich with one without the aioili, free of charge even though it was completely my fault! Would definitely come back and recommend to others.
