Mr Russell and his team were fantastic, very caring from pre to post operative stage.  Quick to reply to any questions and requests with regards to care,  The information pack provided prior to surgery was invaluable.  I would highly recommend Mr Russell and his team to take good care of you.

I was referred to Mr. Russell with several months of inner ear problems. All staff were polite, approachable and seemed to genuinely care for the patients who were there. Mr. Russell was kind, extremely thorough and communicated well. Based on my experience I have no hesitation to recommend their service both personally and professionally. A big thanks to Noel and his caring team. As a 59year old and having many health issues I was very reluctant to have surgery. Noel explained everything in detail and listened to my concerns. On the day of surgery he made me feel very comfortable and to my surprise it was over in a flash. All the aftercare instructions are so helpful and I even had a follow up  call to see how I was going. I am happy to report all is healing well and I would not hesitate to recommend  Noel.

Noel was able to diagnose me correctly after many doctors failed to do so. His staff are fantastic and truly care about their patients. They also helped me sort out finances, without judgement for what could of been an extremely expensive surgery. Thank you Noel and team for looking after me so well.
