I have been under Dr Alexander’s care for many years now and cannot recommend him highly enough! Very thorough and considerate, and has greatly assisted me with my IBD.
Took my phone number without concent from another doctor and then gave it to his secretary who rang me and abuse me over the phone over a google review wich was 9 months old 1 star and no comment. He couldent even contact me hiself he had to hide behind a woman. He even went to Barwon health grand legal council twice about the google review and got nowhere . He acted like a spolt little girl that coulden't get her own way and all over a google review wich was 9 months old 1 star and no comment . Talk about petty and overreacting.
My experience with Dr Alexander has been a very positive experience. He made me feel very confident with my outcome. I would highly recommend him.
