Service is great as always, absolutely no complaints with the level of care, but I'm shocked and very disappointed in the out of pocket cost since my last visit, I can't believe how much it costs these days just for a simple visit to the Doctor. The cost of living is not conducive to actually LIVING in the 21st century, might have to consider much more closely when and how often I visit a doctor in future.
My first experience with Russell Clinic has been most favourable. Both my GP and the staff were very friendly and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reliable family practice in Blackwood and surrounding suburbs.
Been going here for close to 20 years and predominantly been seeing Dr Otoole.nHe's a great GP, he knows what he's doing and has always treated me with the utmost respect. I can highly recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.
