The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, guiding me through the arrival process with ease. Dr. Aziza Mirzaeva was punctual, professional, and extremely attentive to my concerns. A very friendly caring service. As a new patient I wasnvery impressed by both staff and doctor on duty. I feel confident  that  I am in good hands.

The doctors here are quite nice, I’ve been coming here for a long time now and have seen various doctors dependant on availability. However, I feel that the receptions service could be improved. Whenever I walk in I feel like I’m interrupting them or asking for too much. I understand their job may not be the easiest at times but it would be nice to walk in and feel welcome at the least.

The whole family has moved to Blackwood FMC because of the care and professionalism of the staff. Appointment wait times are minimal, the doctors are knowledgeable, kind and thorough, and the administration team are all so lovely.
