Fantastic gym! Super friendly and inspirational trainers ! Great vibe and great classes, heaps of variety to choose from ! User friendly machines and all necessary facilities. They take your feedback seriously and genuinely interested to hear about  your progress. Never stopping short to help guide you to were you want to go! Love all the trainers and management, super organised! Love it !!!

The worst gym I have been to in Sydney. Not only are the facilities absolutely terrible, outdated and dirty - it also took over 15 phone calls and several emails to cancel my membership. Apparently it would have taken them 'a couple of days' to even write a confirmation of cancellation email. That took 3 and a half weeks. They'll continue to charge you way past your cancellation date and you'll have to chase, chase and chase to have it cancelled. Stay far away.

Horrible gym, unprofessional staff and thieves. Don't believe any of the 5 star reviews here, they had an offer at the gym that they'll child mind for free or something if you give them 5 stars on Google because they know how bad it is.

There nothing but thieves and unprofessional all they care about is ripping money from you even when you tell them to cancel over and over and over again for months! Don't go here its a shonky place and for $15.05 a week you would rather go world gym or Fernwood where they wont rob you and treat you like another number!

One of the best gyms in bankstown..Ladies only. Good classes, Good trainers, Very friendly atmosphere.

It's my place.. I love it. Doing gym daily. Lovely and friendly environment.  Lovely and helpful trainers.  Love tasha Salma Fatima and ryan. Most valuable place for me .. love it loads

Its all a ploy to get you in and take your hard earned money

I have been training here for a while, wouldn't go anywhere else..
