Absolutely love this place. The Running Postman is such a stellar addition to Camberwell.nnFirst up, the drinks selection is massive. They have a huge wine wall that immediately catches your eye, but don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s just a wine bar—these guys know their way around a cocktail, and the selection of local and imported beers is top-tier.nThere’s genuinely something for whatever mood you’re in.nnThe food matches the drinks perfectly. Ollie in the kitchen does a fantastic job—everything that comes out is incredibly well-executed and delicious.nnWhat really seals the deal, though, is the hospitality and front of house team.nJodie, Marley, and the rest of the team are brilliant. They’re super welcoming, attentive, and just bring a really great energy to the room., you always feel welcome and looked after.nnIt’s the kind of local spot you want to return to every week. Which I try not to do but I donHighly recommend!
Delicious cocktails and yummy food.nnFood stand-outs were Sesame Prawn Toast and Focaccia. Ordered too much so unfortunately we didn't have space for dessert.nnDrink stand-outs were the Clarified Strawberry Cheesecake, Drunken Apple and Dirty Elderflower Sour.
Trendy/cosy vibe, impressive menu and even better wine list fantastic selection. Wish I had taken photos of the food but it went too quickly! Loved the chicken ribs, potato rosti and tortellini. Conveniently located right on the tram line... Running Postman is a must visit when in Melbourne. You won't be disappointed
Stopped in for a few drinks tonight.nFront part was booked out with a private function. My wife and I were seated opposite the bar. Staff were good at the start but after we received our drinks the service seemed to drop off a bit.nSlight confusion between staff and kitchen when we wanted to order...apparently the kitchen closes at 9pm....but charcuterie boards are ok. ? Later on , our wonderful waiter Sam was able to organise us a Pinsa Traditional Pizza.. which was good.nWines by the glass are excellent especially the Sav and Barollo and any bottle you wish to purchase and take home is $15 off the price....I think this concept is great as three of the wines we had are unavailable at Dan's.nFirst time here , we will come back again.nSlightly more attentive service and this place could be great !!
Had such a great night out at the Running Postman with my friend! The cocktails were delicious, the meals were beautifully prepared and presented, and the whole venue has mood and ambience galore. A perfect spot for a relaxed night out — we’ll definitely be back!
