I loved this place until a pair of pants I purchased $209 zip broke the first time I wore them. I took them back to get a replacement but as they only carry one pair in each size & it was just after Christmas I had to wait for the brand to replace them which took 4 weeks! Within this 4 weeks they went on sale so I asked for the difference as I had been unable to wear them and I was told NO and they would not give me a refund as they are a 'small local business'. I was met with aggressive service and was shouted at in front of customers like it was my fault. I can honestly say, I have never had such bad service and was left shaken. It's a shame that a local business treats their loyal customers this way.

I always find a lovely gift at Run to the River, no matter who I'm buying for or what my price range is. Delightful and broad range of products and fabulous staff. And I always leave with something for myself...

My favourite little go to store for EVERYTHING!! With such a wide range of different products, I can alway find what I'm looking for! Whether it be for a present or just because, this beautiful store has it covered! Their posies on Thursdays and Fridays are also a hit with me! Do yourself a favour and take a trip into Run to the River!
