I had absolutely exceptional customer service from Kimberly today, who went above and beyond to help with a Christmas gift, following up with another store several times and getting back to me to ensure I could get what I was looking for. A huge thank you for the best customer service I have received in a long time, especially in this crazy Christmas period. Thanks again.
I am deeply appalled by the customer service, my daughter tried to return a birthday gift because she felt the scent didnt suit her and the lady was so blatantly rude. she refused to refund my item as it was ‘damaged’ but the item was still in the boxing and plastic wrap and the corner was slightly crumpled you wouldnt even think twice about it. ive seen the quality of those perfumes and they are just unprofessional
I went into eltham chemist warehouse and was greeted terribly when I first entered their store. I am deeply concerned with the level of customer service and I will NOT be returning. I tried to return an item with a receipt and was turned down without been given the time of day. I was served by a blonde young women that was terribly rude to me and my grandmother. When leaving I got many mean death stares which made me feel unwelcome and shouldn’t of happened since I am a customer of their business.
My first and last visit to Chemist Warehouse in Eltham earlier this week to return an item I had purchased at another store 3 days prior was really disappointing. I had the receipt and explained it was the wrong item but that I didn’t have enough time to look for what I wanted so was happy to get a refund. It took 3 staff members to do it and each one of them was ruder than the other. They totally ignored me speaking between themselves and all just couldn’t be bothered. As someone who has worked in retail for over 30 years I can honestly say their customer service was disgraceful. I realise retail can be stressful and people can be difficult but I am far from difficult and I would never treat one of my customers like that.
From my recent experience I can definitely say that there are no refunds on perfumes at chemist warehouse. The perfume I bought was no where near what I was used to and was pretty disappointing. Either the quality of the brand had deteriorated or the quality of the product Chemist Warehouse sells is questionable. Beware! They are however excellent at dispensing and helping with prescriptions.
