No one ever wants to have to call a towie but these guys were polite and only charged what was quoted they didn't jack up the price after the fact. They took excellent care in loading and unloading my car and I didn't have to wait hours. On fact I only waited about 15 minutes tops from when I called them.
Craig one of the drivers went out of his way to make sure we were safe and taken care of. A good company is only as good as its employees, Thanks again Craig and Rudd's.

Amazing service from Aaron and the team at Rudd's towing. I needed a tow ASAP and Aaron arrived very quickly. He approached the job in a direct and professional manner which was greatly appreciated. Super friendly, polite and humble. The drop-off required several tight maneuvers and he was more than capable and willing to get the job done. Very helpful with great communication and no fuss. An unexpected breakdown is never a good experience but Aaron was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. This level of service makes all the difference to a customer. Clearly he is an asset to the company. Hopefully I won't need a tow again soon but if I do then I'll be calling Rudd's without hesitation. Thanks for getting me out of a pickle!
Early afternoon peak hour partial breakdown: blown water pump. Cheapest quote by 50%, fastest available pick up by 40 minutes. Some other local Caboolture quotes were robbery. Great service , sensible price.Service: Car towing

I had called another company first and it was a disaster so I ended up cancelling. By the time I called Rudd’s Towing I was overwhelmed by the whole ordeal. Craig took my call and he was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The driver was respectful and talked me through exactly what he was doing. What a great team!! Thank you for helping me.
