Andrew from Clayton's in Caboolture was an amazing operator. He went above and beyond all expectations to retrieve a vehicle which had gone over a cliff. He was extremely careful not to damage the vehicle in the retrieval and was totally professional in all his actions. We can't thank him enough for his wonderful efforts.
I have contacted Clayton's Towing 3 times over the last 2 weeks, the ladies that I spoke to were very pleasant to deal with. My issue is not with them but I have an issue with not getting called back to organise someone to come out and look at the job which I said I was happy to pay for, to see what I had to do before the container was moved or if it could even be done at all. The reason I called them in the first place was because they had good name. This experience has changed my opinion of them.

We lost our wheel which came off the caravan as we were driving. So called Claytons and even though we had to wait there were so great to deal with. Mark, our tow driver was so friendly, quick and supportive. Highly recommendService: Special vehicle towing
10/10 would not recommend. Twice the price of another local quote but I still went with them thinking they were a reputable company. Pre booked a specific time. Stood around for an hour and a half, called the office, they never showed up. Cancelled booking and will now have to get a more professional company to do the job.Service: Car towing
Our Ute broke down on Sunday and the RACQ requested Claytons to take our car to a holding yard prior to onward delivery to the dealership on Monday morning. We were initially informed could be a two hour wait; they were there within half an hour. The driver was very polite, efficient and professional. Furthermore I had left for a few minutes and the driver offered to wait with my wife until I returned which we both thought was extremely thoughtful and great gesture. We were due to go on holiday on the Monday and I spoke to Claytons to see if they could take the car to the dealership as early as possible. Again, the lady Christine was very helpful and efficient in dealing with my request. I really hope in the best way we don’t have to use them again but if we did we would, without hesitation.Service: Car towing
My car went into the claytons holding yard after an accident. Was told it was secured with serveillance but I had multiple visits there and the yard was poorly kept having no surveillance and low security. When I finally got my car delivered parts had gone missing when they were on the car the day before when I saw it in the yard. The truck driver was meant to phone me when he was coming but never herd anything. The parts he took are hard to find and I have phoned claytons multiple times trying to get them back but they denied that they had done it every time. I have photos of before and after where the parts were on the car before it went there as well. Do not trust them if you plan on getting your car back after it goes there. Had my 4x4 bogged pretty bad in sunnycoast had few people stop and try but no good got on to claytons and got me out of a pickle more then just once they go abit beyound and great guys to wad a fun experience on two occasions good guys and more then far on the price too was so good to ne at the time cheers again claytons towing
Couldn't thank these guys enough after being involved in a accident, Great customer service, Great local business would highly recommend.
Wonderful service. Came out with-in 10-15 mins of phoning RACQ! Adam was amazing, definitely made me feel better about the fact my car needed towing. Sadly I’ve had to you Clayton’s twice in the past 6 months but they’ve always been wonderful!
