I stayed here for a work trip, and while the location was great and the apartment layout a two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup just for me was generous and convenient, unfortunately the experience didn’t hold up beyond that.nnOn first impression, things looked okay, but after settling in and taking a closer look, the cleanliness was pretty disappointing. Aside from what seemed like freshly made beds, the rest of the space looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. It definitely didn’t feel like it gets a proper deep clean between guests. I’ve attached photos taken the night I checked in, before I had touched anything. They speak for themselves.nnService-wise, I didn’t see a single staff member during my brief 2 night stay apart from at check-in. The place had quite a deserted feel, which added to the overall lack of warmth or attentiveness.nnThis place has potential, but sadly, I won’t be booking it again for future work trips. Sorry Ruby, you’ll need to do better.
Great apartments with everything needed for a short or long term stay. We'll equipped kitchen and laundry facilities was a bonus. Beds were comfortable too.nnOur dislikes were that the rooms didn't have any block out curtains or blinds which meant the sun was so bright into our ocean view room at 5am. Also, I was appalled by how dirty our floors were..our feet were black from walking on them!
We booked in for two nights one bedroom apartment. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was arranged at high floor with good views, very big, clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Drop box for check out and free parking was great too! Highly recommend.
Our experience left a lot to be desired, for a 4 star hotel it's pretty disappointing to arrive after traveling all day to find that your room had not even been vacuumed.nnThere was pubic hair in the bathroom, clumps of hair all over the carpet, the blinds were falling apart. The overall condition of the room was extremely worn and to be honest filthy. It did not look like it had been cleaned for a long time and obviously not a one off. Four star hotels do not have foam mattresses on beds.nnWhen we booked we advised the ages of children staying and it not appropriate for them to be sleeping in childish beds, we could have overlooked this had they been clean.nnYour staff member was extremely helpful and lovely and to be honest, deserves better than having to apologise to people for a lack of cleanliness. She showed us another room that was even dirtier and was foul smelling, so clearly not a one off occurrence.nDespite cancelling and being assured we would have no problems getting a refund we are up to day 5 of no refund of $2900.
We had terrible experience in this hotel, was our first time there , and definitely last time , when we checked in, the room as requested high floor, though not clean, greasy dishes, dirty mattress, we informed the receptionist, Steve , and he was trying to help and he moved us to the room beside and he said check it before moving in, after checking the room , I noticed that it’s smaller , lack of furniture and no TV in bedroom as the other one, them told him we can stay in our unit but change the mattress, he stated not in his hand !!, and the manger, Jess, will contact you right away next day to fix this, so we moved to the new one not to sleep on the dirty mattress, imagine 7 days our stay and nobody contacted us !, this is first thing if you are keen on your guest satisfaction, even though I advised the receptionist to out a note not a happy Guest and he said it will pop up first thing to manager, put a side we discovered the pool is not heated, tiny Gym room, you have to walk to get to city centre, tiny Garage spaces and even the street where the hotel entrance is, you need to squeeze your car or wait for the opposite car to move around !!, anyway for me and the kids was bad experience and not worth the money paid for, which was not cheap !, very disappointing.
