Beautiful paradise hidden next to the Shrine. Plenty of space for you find your peaceful spot and plenty of room for you to enjoy a walk/jog of any length.nnMake sure to grab a map of the gardens if you are specifically looking to learn more about the plants.nnWe especially love the Sensory Garden next to the lake. Just a beautiful, peaceful place to be quiet, still the mind and be present. The sounds of nature is a powerful healer.nnDo hope they will fix up the greenhouses - the tropical greenhouse looks enchanting and wished it was open.
Fabulous day spent walking around the beautiful grounds, we did the bus tour too and it gave us some very interesting information and history and other ideas of places to visit and plants to look into format home. Eugenie our bus guide was fabulous!nHighly recommend for families of all kinds.
A breathtaking garden in the heart of Melbourne! I visited the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria – Melbourne Gardens in early October, during springtime, and the whole place was bursting with color and life. The air was filled with the scent of flowers, and the lake reflected the blue sky beautifully.nnThere are thousands of plant species from around the world, peaceful walking paths, and plenty of spots to sit and relax. The Japanese Garden area and the blooming cherry blossoms were absolutely stunning.nnWhat I loved most was the sense of peace — just a few minutes from the busy city, yet it feels like a different world. Whether you come for a morning walk, photography, or a quiet picnic, this garden is a must-visit in Melbourne.
The Botanical Gardens are very well maintained and set out. Got it split up into different areas. It is well worth a wonder through there to see. Seats are around to sit and enjoy the tranquility. Plenty of bird life. Quite a wide range of plants through out the grounds. A must see. Not too far from the city.
Absolutely loved visiting the Melbourne Botanic Gardens! The parks are beautiful, very well maintained, and feature an impressive variety of plants. It’s a perfect spot to relax, go for a walk, or even a run. The gardens are also close to the river, which adds an extra charm and makes the surroundings even more peaceful. A great place to spend a few hours enjoying nature right in the city.
