Food amazing but customer service was terrible i ordered a snitzal sandwich staff members then acted very rude like it was the hardest thing in the world to do.

One does not simply go into Geelong and not visit Routley's. Amazing food, lovely staff and great prices!

I pop into routley’s to grab a pies  or cakes, and they have some fab seconds there as well, there’s a young lady there, I don’t know her name but she’s fair and petite and always has a smile and happy nature.and she goes out of her way to see if they have what I’m wanting, has the best customer service attitude.
