Some awesome, authentic Malaysian food. Love their murtabak and lamb curry. They also have banana leaf rice, which you should experience if you haven't. Highly recommended!

Great to see South Indian foodmainly Tamil in banana leaf rice at Melbourne, but really don't know why people are calling this as Malaysian food!! Come to Tamil NaduSouth India 95% restaurants provide same food whatever they are serving here... May be Malaysia would have got this, cos of migrated Tamil people there.... !

Been a minute since I've had malaysian food of this high calibre. We have had the shell out and took me to heaven and back. If you want to know if he or she is the one then bring the here and let them enjoy it. Then you will know.

It was such a great experience that we can have such authentic banana leaf rice here in Melbourne ! It had definitely made me felt like i am in Malaysia. This would be one of the best Malaysian Restaurants in Melbourne. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back to Rotibar again soon ! thumb Up.

Freshly cooked you can see & hear it! Malaysian cuisine - much more expensive than Malaysia of course, but still reasonable for Melbourne's standards. Great, high quality food, with quick and friendly service. Decor is quite cute also.

Absolutely divine. If you miss Malaysian food especially the authentic nasi lemak, this is THE place you best Malaysian food in town. The banana leaf option came with so many choices and they are absolutely delicious. We ordered for 2 pax and there were still left over for the next day. Will definitely reorder again.
