Absolutely rude. I ordered fish and chips. Was given a paper bag not realising the lady gave me 2 fish as i was waiting for my chips. 5 minutes later she asked me what I was waiting for and I said the chips. She then decided to argue with me saying I ordered 2 fish and not chips. Also the fish presented to me was very oily which to me means the oil doesn't get changed regularly. What really makes me mad is when owners keep arguing with the customers and not taking responsibility for their wrong. At the time of ordering she seemed to me like she didn't care much about me as I was a coloured person but gave other people a welcoming gesture such as hello. Will not be returning at all.
Absolutely disgusting. Spent nearly $60 juta to get RE FRIED chips, nasty tasting fish, over cooked hotdogs, and thrown together burgers with nothing more than jst the bacon n egg that was ordered.... never ever again....WOULDN'T FEED TO MY DOG !!!
Sweet and sour pork is amazing, possibly the best I've had in Dunedin. Burgers leave a lot to be desired but are at a price that makes it alright. Chips are usually good haven't had bad chips there yet. Chop soy Pattie is good too... Basically definitely get sweet and sour pork and chop soy patties, everything else is alright and can't complain
What the hell. I ordered sweet and sour pork and I literally got deep fried pork with a separate container of sweet and sour sauce. Where is the pineapple, onion, capsicum?? Would never go back again
Epic fish n chips. Super hot oil means super fast and perfectly cooked. Standard fish is bloody delicious. Happy to call Roslyn Takeaways pur new local
Terribly rude service from the lady at the front counter, genuinely could believe how poorly they treated us. Food was awful, chips were over cooked and salty, fish was not nice either. Certainly won’t be coming back.
The woman here gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked if she was ok as she was so hostile and I couldn’t understand it. She yelled at me and snatched my card and threw it back at me. Her behaviour worried me. Although I live very locally I go other places now. My friends have also experienced the same with her.
