Called them for an urgent dry clean and they sorted it out within a day. Suit was one of my better ones and it came out perfectly.

I had a custom made satin suit worth about $1500, took it and it came back ripped in about 5 different places. They blamed me, saying it was wear and tear and that the outfit was old (was only 5 years old). What really got me was how smug he was about it all, basically laughed in my face and said there was nothing I could do about it, which I found extremely creepy, as in shivers down my spine creepy. I have taken it back to my original drycleaners, who said that the rips should have never had happened. I can handle the rips to the outfit, but it was "too bad, what are you going to do about it" response I didn't like.

Excellent service and high quality dry cleaning. Highly recommended for all types of dry cleaning services.

Good service. However $180 for 8 items of summer clothing to be dry cleaned is a bit steep.
