I usually have a great experience at this laundromatt, however today, i put my clothes in dryer number 32 for 50 minutes, watched it start spinning, went and sat in my car for the duration and when I went to get my clothes out, they were still very wet, lwarm but just like ut came out of the washing machine, yet the cycle had finished. I tried to phone the number, but only rang with no chance to leave a voice message. I moved my clothes to dryer 37 and hopefully will dry after paying a 2nd time.
Poor equipment. My washing got stuck last Sunday. Water has been drained after rinse but it suddenly stopped working. No soap bubbles inside. On a Sunday where there is no technician. What a waste of time but to be fair,a staff who came to work at 9am offered a free service to wash it again and will be put it in a dryer once sorted which is a standard way of bringing their costumer back to them. I got my clothes back after lunch and found out from Aroha the other staff that the machine wasnt working a day before and gave an apology. This is a repost.The owner responded in the review by saying the cause of the malfunction is the fluffy particles coming from my clothes. I'd say...check your facts first before blaming others. I have been a regulat customer for nearly 4 years and doing my washing weekly. I am unhappy how the management responded. With your very friendly and staff, especially AROHA who takes good care of my laundry and provide excellent service, I regret to say...that you lost one of your regular customer and I regret that this happened. Could have been better.
Great place. Self service, with eftpos available. You can also ask the staff to swap your washing over for a fee. Many machines to use, gets very busy on the weekend but that's not their fault. Staff are good and the place is clean. Whenever we need to wash big blankets or the like, we come here. So does the rest of the community too!
Friendly staff, good prices, clean environment
I don't use this Laundromat but I take my friend there every second week. It is very clean and the washers a big enough, and the driers are hot so you know your clothes are getting dried. They have a eftpos system set up for the machines but still have good old human contact. If you are local why not gets all your washing done in one stop.
Good place to do your laundry Wash or dry your clothes nd there's a few food take away near by if your waiting for your clothes.
@Papakura Crystal Laundromat - If I could give you zero stars I would. The lady worker that looks like a man needs to get fired ASAP!! Why did you hire a person that’s dishonest, rude to customers and inconsiderate? Are these the kind of people you are allowing to work here?
Foundation on the property shakes. I don't think when they install the building to put shock observer on the ground. Building is a risk of collapse. The foot path out side the Laundry shakes when all dyers are going hard. I won't be going back there for health and safety reasons... Good luck to everyone else
Decent place to commute and get laundry washed and dryed. Although it can be very busy and parking is quite hard to find once it is.
First time ever here. The Asian lady working here was very polite and well mannered. She even apologized for a family who's mother was sitting in the car while her children were making a mess and using the laundromat like a playground.
