Just wanted to post and extra special thank you for being so understanding when I needed to exchange my new dress. he girls in customer service could not have been more helpful and lovely. They went out of their way to find the right size for me and kept me in the loop the whole time with phone calls + emails. It arrived by express just in time for my weekend away - which I bought it for! Thank you thank you!
I had no idea what to get my wife for her recent birthday. She’s so hard to buy for! The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and my wife LOVES her Anna Blatman original artwork. I highly recommend Rose Street Trading Co.

Trustworthy and generous business, with high quality products and customer service. You can have confidence ordering items interstate/online. They went above and beyond to rectify a fault which was entirely the couriers. Will certainly purchase again.
Been in there about 8 times made about 3 purchases…… Every single time i go in this store they have about 5000 NOISY STAFF / OWNERS / MANAGERS. these people never stop yelling in the store about insignificant things. Its such an annoying, unfriendly environment to walk into. Theres no need for the staff / managemnt / owners to be talking at a huge volume - One of the older staff members just looked at me and didnt even smile or say hello. I read another review further down saying they are racist because someone non-white didnt get served, well in their ‘defence’ they have never been friendly to me either and I am white and well dressed and educated but never receive any basic human interaction in this store. They need to get a reality check obviously never been in business before. Another customer was enquiring about buying something and the old woman serving her had absolutely no manners I think it was the owner. So obnoxious ‘do you want it ? How many do you want ? Instead of using please and thank you she was barking orders at this woman trying to purchase something. Never, ever again. They are utterly clueless. It was like a comedy with them all in striped shirts all rude and self important - ignorant as the day they were born. They wont be open for long anyway there is no way having that many staff on could support the amount of sales they get.
Love this store as you can find a gift for anybody/anyone and mostly myself which is why I go here to find the perfect thing to take home. Staff are lovely and helpful.

From the first tiny Rose St Armadale store to the beautiful big store on High St, shopping with the 'Rose St Trading girls' has always been a wonderful experience. They are always so genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble ! Truly one of my all time favourite local stores.
Love a little visit to my favourite store when in the city . Always such a great vibe in store and the girls are so helpful and attentive. The store is always full of new and different pieces. A feast for your eyes . Thank you girls for my little fix today !!
I was studiously ignored while browsing in this shop. Then one of the more senior staff came over to ask the woman standing right next to me if she was right or wanted any help. I then walked out.
