This is a very traditional bridal and evening gown shop with dresses that have lots of heavy material. I had made an appointment to try on wedding dresses and I felt very unattended. My consultant was trying to juggle three different clients and many times my friend had to help me in and out of the dress. Wedding dress shopping should be very detailed orientated to help imagine yourself in the dress; however I was not very happy with my experience.

I’ve been getting my clothes tailored by Rosa and Mary’s for years and they are the best!! They do an immaculate job at all alterations, they have such a quick turnaround, and they are both super lovely.

These people are unscrupulous and lied to justify overcharging just $11! An expensive top was given to them for dry cleaning which was ruined. When given to them they looked up a price list that said it would cost $11. But after the top was damaged they said it would cost $22. When complained about the extra price they said that the price was demanded by their dry cleaning company because there was a zipper on the top. The dry cleaning company called us to say that the top could not be saved and confirmed that they did not set this price of $22 and that there is no extra charge for a zipper which is of no consequence to the dry cleaners. So they overcharged then lied.

My daughter and I couldn't ask for any more than what the beautiful staff gave to us while trying to find a formal dress. They gave her such undivided attention and were very honest in their opinions on the different dresses. Not once did they push any gown on her and let her make her choice, three visits later. I am definitely going back and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
