Wonderful experience! When myself and my 3 month old son arrived we were treated amazingly from the get go! Cherie was extremely helpful, as were the other ladies who did not hesitate to keep my baby entertained while I tried on dresses. ( I did not arrive expecting them to babysit, just putting that out there before someone jumps at me). And even better, I found the perfect dress ☺️

Great first experience on purchases and lady was lovely and went above and beyond  and happy to sale but on going  back to pick up ....not such a great experiences .... Here's your dress try it  on then the worker sat behind  the counter waiting the rest of  payment taping her pen  !!! When spending alot of money  at a store you would think you could  at least smile  and make the bride  to be feel happy!!!!

PLEASE DISREGARD MY PREVIOUS NEGETIVE REVIEW! That was meant to be for Forever Bridal in maroochydore (worst place ever). LUV BRIDAL IS AMAZING! This was the store we found the dream dress. The employees were so perfect and professional. The store itself was elegant and beautiful. 100% recommend LUV BRIDAL

The experience was great! The lovely lady I had helped with dress design ideas and helped with everything I needed. I had only three months to get a dress so I had to find one off the shelf. The sales lady ended up finding the perfect dress for me and was able to help with accessories as well. Many thanks.

Went there to look at my bridal dress and my MOH dress in the morning, weren’t acknowledged for at least 10 mins before something asked us if we needed help. When I said we were looking and maybe trying some on, I was told they were fully booked! We were there for around 25 mins and no customers were in store, plenty of staff, obviously not willing to help or want a sale! Very disappointed! They just lost Around $4000 today.
