I can't believe I've never noticed this gem before. Do not be fooled by it's humble storefront, though. The fish chips are great and the price is just right. My wife and kid had their grilled and fried chicken and they enjoyed them all.
Been twice. I only ever get Quarter Chicken and chips with gravy so this is a very microscopic review. Very happy both times. First time was okay, my order today was perfectly made. It's not super busy, but I hope it gets enough customers to keep going.
Got one fish pack. Good taste & reasonable price.
Delicious food that is reasonably priced - both the chicken and salads taste great. The owner is very kind and always gives a generous serving.
Fried chicken was amazingly juicy and chips were also good. But, roasted chicken was little dried but not bad.

Bland food and extremely poor service. Visited Rooster Delight on a weekday afternoon where I was the only customer in the store. Attempted to order the Schnitzel Pack $9.90. The reason I say "attempted" is because the girl behind the counter kept arguing with me and saying they don't have one. If you look at the menu listing, there is clearly a Schnitzel Pack listed. She eventually put it through manually, and then proceeded to put the potatoes and pumpkin into a box. She then had to call someone to help her with the rest of the order. The other girl started cutting a piece of roast chicken and I pointed out that I had ordered the Schnitzel Pack. She then got mad at me, but fortunately made up my order correctly. The schnitzel and gravy were far too say and the carrots, peas, and potatoes were plain. The pumpkin seemed old and I assumed it was supposed to be mashed, but had hardened whilst sitting there all day. Will not be returning.
Best chips around. Great burritos. Luscious spring rolls. Generous portions. Affordable and tastier than the nearby bigger franchises.
Been buying 1/2 chicken and chips for years. Packed with chips, great chicken. Fried chicken is great too. Good service. Always full.
Food is terrible here. No reason to go here over larger franchises such as McDonalds. Same price but lower quality food. Burgers are disgusting and barely edible.
