The potato and gravy was delicious. Hot and creamy. No other fast food chain even tries to do a potato and gravy, hats off to KFC for keeping with the potato and gravy even though it's so old school. The service was ok but it was below average. The atmosphere was shockingly bad the staff where yelling at each other while we where eating. The place seemed extremely depressing. The food was good the chicken wings were amazing but I think the chicken skin was not spicy enough and they were a bit bland. The chips where really good and well seasoned but I am a bit bias towards them because I love KFC chips, they where a bit cold. All together I loved them. The thing you are all waiting for, how was the zinger burger. To be honest it was slightly below average the chicken was not crisp at all. The mayo tasted way to cheap and overly sweat and it was way too cold  All together I would avoid going here unless you are really craving some KFC

Review by Jason PALMER: Ordered a 3 Piece Box from KFC Moonee Ponds at 2030hrs, this is what was delivered.  Dinner roll was flat and completely stale and, well I still don't know exactly what was put in the box as representation of chicken but it appeared to be mostly uncooked.  Took it back to Moonee Ponds, the girl at the counter was lovely if a little embarrassed when I produced the roll and I accept that they cannot produce a refund if ordered through Uber Eats, the manager could not have been any less interested in what I produced to him.  I asked him if he would serve the dinner roll to his family and he quickly said No, as well as the poor people awaiting their orders.  No apologies offered, no offers to compensate with actual chicken.  He just didn't seem to get the concept that even though Uber Eats delivered, his staff packed the box with the stale squashed roll and whatever the hell else that was to give to the delivery driver.  The Franchisee's should be ashamed of the standards of this restaurant.  Just not good enough.  A quick sprint up the road to KFC Keilor Road, produced a 3 piece box, fantastic, friendly customer service even though they were closing.  Go there people.....

By far the worst KFC. I worked there 15 years ago and it was just as bad. From them making us clock off when the power was out and sit down without pay to abusing me over the phone as a teen after I quite. These days it's long wait times and prices that have increased but still advertised as cheaper on the board. The team there do great and they are always so good at their jobs. Register/ front girls work as hard. It's just that higher powers need to put more money into this place to help them out.

The worst KFC ever. My partner and I had a family feast but 70% of chickens were inedible and chips were very mushy. Now we both are sick. The guy at cashier was eating something and putting his fingers in his mouth before taking an order. Disgusting place.

This shop is totally most slow in Melbourne..how come front counter dint have anyone and all is standing behind the kitchen ..customer long queue driver as well but dint have anyone the serve and ask...that really a incredible experience  waiting a order for 1hour ..

Good place to eat if you're in hurry and hungry there's drive through, outside and inside dinning areas, parking lots good friendly services .I visited today for lunch enjoyed it and more to choose from, public toilet close by and all public transport connects from here  Parking: There are only couple bays for parking and the quicker you&#39;re then it&#39;s free  Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access

Bought a family deal here at around 1pm. 3 zinger burgers and a normal burger. Expected it to be somewhere fresh. All 3 zinger burgers were cold, with the roll dry as the Sahara.  Lodged a complaint via the app and have had no response.  If you must have KFC don't go to this one.

Tonight was the rudest and worst treatment ever received from a KFC staff person named, Kevin working at Moonee Ponds KFC.  He  refused to replace a bottle of soft drink that had been purchased at the Moonee Pond outlet. The seal was broken and appeared to have a small amount of soft drink missing maybe a couple of sips The intention was to return the soft drink for a replacement and put in another order which also would include another soft drink.  Kevin stated no way he was going to replace the soft drink that had the broken seal.  When he was informed that the new order of food would have to be purchased elsewhere because of his attitude he said 'Have a good day". When he was asked his name so KFC could be informed about the disgraceful attitude of this staff member representing KFC, he said 'Good luck with that'

To preface, don't go to this store, they undercook meals, forget aspects of meals and have an incredibly low level of health and hygiene employees eating chips from the chip tray, pigeons walking around eating/wasting everywhere. C'mon!  Likely a managerial problem so if you do go, don't abuse the poor staff.  My god, the state of this KFC is atrocious. Not only have they consistently forgotten about half the aspects of my meals, they pretend to follow up the matter with the customer to the companies higher ups!  "The store has made an attempt to contact you with the information you supplied, but we're unable to get through to you"  Now, I think I've made/received about ten phone calls since I lodged my refund request, so I'd recognise if one of them was a KFC store. It's just a blatant lie.  You're seriously worth more than this store customer, go to Flemington or Highpoint KFC or something, you won't regret it nearly as much!

Not that kfc is ever good,   this has to be the worst kfc I've ever experienced.  The original burger came with no lettuce and virtually no Mayo.     Just a small piece of old chewy chicken.    Yuk
