Similar story to the other one star review, but not quiet as expensive. He wanted to charge an extra $50 for waiting 13 minutes for me to arrive at the place of pick up. As it was, he quoted $308 with a 2 hour minimum to pick up and deliver 2 items. The whole job, including his 13 minute wait took less than 45 minutes. We argued, he eventually backed down. I might be a 63 year old female, but I'm not ripped off easily, and the only reason I accepted his quote, although exorbitant, is because I needed it picked up next day.
