Our belongings were moved into storage today by Dylan and Jay. We couldn’t be happier with the way the move went. Amanda in the office was terrific in the lead up to our move. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept in touch in the weeks before our move and called the day before to confirm. The boys turned up on time, and they were friendly, very efficient and extremely careful. The move was completed quickly and without a hitch. We will happily use them again in a few weeks when we move into our new home.
Used this company for our move this past Monday. Dyllan and Mark were awesome and took great care not to damage any of our goods. When we got to the new home, they put all the items in different areas of the house where we wanted them. Would recommend, with pricing very competitive for the service provided.
The 2 man team of Dave and Glen today moving my 3 bedroom house and everything that goes with it, were the most professional and helpful team I've ever come across, and I've moved 24 Times . Thank you so much to the two of you, you made the day stress free and funny too. If you need removalists, call these guys.
This company was recommended to us. We moved from Seaford to Somerville late April and were quoted on an hourly rate. Started with one 12 tonne truck and 2 men and ended with a second truck and another man. Guys were okay despite a scratch on our wooden floor. Our issue is with the breakage and the after event service! A piece of glass from our coffee table was broken which I understand can happen. Two pieces were in tact. Initially we were told a replacement piece would be provided. Sounds good. However when I rang after several weeks I got the run around ..... whoever I spoke to I was told someone else was who I needed to speak to.... "oh you need to speak to Hayley", .... "oh Amanda is dealing with that!!!" Finally I was asked to provide one of the unbroken pieces so their glazier could match the thickness and the bevel. I dropped the requested piece out to Cranbourne. However it is now the end of June and I am still waiting for both pieces of glass! Worse still....I'm pretty sure my phone calls are now being blocked as every time I ring this business my call is not answered but goes to voice mail. We've even messaged on the moblie and get no response! We've messaged saying we can get a local glazier to supply a piece if they will pay for the replacement! No response! My coffee table is useless. I am being ignored. My suggestion to any prospective customer is Do Not Employ This Company.
The most horrific move ever ! I will not go into full detai, due to pending legal proceedings, intimidated still, feel threatened. Many FV Workers revert to this company due to offering cheaper rates - don't agree ! Major damage to property, theft, a premises left open to theft. House key held and not returned until I got authorities involved. They finally posted the key to my local MPs office, of course didn't notify me as requested, and no, as they suggest, it was not a family member. All will be completely exposed at the highest level as a FV Move, with no privacy for our protection whatsoever! With authority in time, I will expose all; the most terrorising situation, for a Single Mum and her child and being treated so badly and literally left mid move. More information and exposure will be given about the owner of the business and what he found acceptable as payment and praying on vulnerable women... Nothing put in writing between FV Company and THIS company, my funding taken. I have evidence of this. No woman will ever face this treatment from this company when I'm finished putting pen to paper ! With a huge backing. *It appears this company has blocked me from replying to their response* That's OK. I paid cash for packing $500 plus an extea $50 i couldnt afford and even home cooked meals and $70 slab of beer as a gift. I have all photographs of boxes thrown all over my driveway and back window left open and theft did occur. Treated like a peace of garbage by the one truck driver that did my move ordered to stand in the corner of the driveway and don't move ! My 1800s piano coming off ...told this is all coming off in a big hurry, kicking the base of my piano and destroying high end antique large tv cabinet, missing collectible records, textas used to draw disgusting pics on my boxes. Coming from FV, so intimidating I cannot explain..he did mention the driver on the day he did a 15 hour day the day before, and hadn't eaten, I heated up meals for all staff ...delayed me packing feeding their staff And providing case of water, coffees, you name it. It's not my problem what the allocated removalist did the day before. Once they got my last lot of funding, I could have moved Interstate cheaper than what this company charged me/FV workers, I knew they wouldn't return with my high end items. Weeks of follow up with admin staff, who appeared empathetic initially, once they got their money...no calls returned, the owner playing heavy...I'm taking over now... and chose to hang up on me numerous times. No he doesn't have voicemail, no surprise! I will put this behind me, but my child's father ran a logistics business for 35 years, I am not a novice with removals ... I read another ladies experience, and others re their stand over men, be in touch. The only praise I give is Jay and Mark so kind, understanding and brilliant packers. Also Will and the NZ gentleman in only one unload did all the lifting while the stand over man gave the orders. I know you were under orders by the owner and sad you with your hard work for this company, should definitely not reflect on your packing and kindness.
Used MoveJust4U for my move from Cranbourne to Yarrawonga. Dillan,Pat and Glen were very professional and hard working getting the move done. Office staff were very helpful also and made sure my move went smoothly. Price was as quoted so no surprises when job finished. Highly recommend this company. Big thanks to the removalist team for our move, especially Dyllan, Cooper and Jordan. To move out in winter, they managed to brave some rough weather conditions and winds at 85km/h without delaying our move. And Dyllan impressed us to manage his big truck in a small dirt road and reverse all the way to our house. They do storage also and it make our move so much easier. For the move in, they did a great job too.we didn't have any issues.
Second time using this company over the last 4 years. Both times were a breeze! Hayley was efficient and accomodating with the initial quote and managed to work us in to their very busy schedule around the holidays. On moving day, Dyllan and Rob smashed it out in very little time and made it look easy! And Maggie was quick to follow up with an e-mail receipt and well wishes shortly after. Fair prices and excellent service. Will use again!
