Work done on my car was fine, back bumper replaced without any fault, however their customer service was quite terrible. Car was delayed to be returned, every time I called they said it would be ready the next day, only for it to be delayed for some reason they could never quite explain to me.

I was referred  to these panel moneys by my insurer  for minor damage to my car (the quote was $500) I was told I would hear back in 2 days for a time to bring the car in to be fixed 1 week later still had heard nothing So I rang to find why I had not  heard only to be told I had to wait 6 weeks before I could bring my  in car to be fixed , so I told them not good enough and advised I will  ring my insurer and I will go elsewhere. 2 minutes later  Rolscar rang  me back to advise I could bring  the car in straight away!!!! (funny that) so I thought ok I will take it in fairs fair, then 1 hour later I was told by my insurer that Rolscar have now decided to refuse to fix my car!!!!!  these people simply do not care the office staff are rude and incompetent,  but the gong goes to Paul  Taafle  the manager he was rude from the moment I met him and he simply did not care this I  suspect was  due to the  fact it was a small job hence the lead time to get it fixed . .People I have now gone to another panel beater who have been great the car has been booked in and have been advised it will take three days to fix. if your insurance company refers you to Rolscar think very carefully, as they have the contract with Allianz and GCU so its easy money for them and they simply just do not care!!!! after all  its your car and it deserves the respect for the money you paid for it, also read the other reviews!!!!

The guys at Rolscar did a fantastic job on my car. Took a bit longer than agreed for, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. However, be prepared to wait a couple of months for your repairs, they’re extremely busy.

Poor workmanship. Had them do some minor repairs to the car bumper bar that required repainting. After around five years the paint started to lift and flake off. The car is only driven about eight hours a week and the rest of the time is stored in a locked up garage so it doesn't get much exposure to the elements which would affect the paintwork. When I approached them, they offered nothing to make good the poor workmanship.

Rolscar took 9 days to do a job that they said would take 3 days. Every phone call resulted in a different explanation for the delay, often contradicting the previous excuse. I now have my car back and the work looks good but I still have no idea what the true reason for the delay was. If you take your car to Rolscar be prepared to be without it for a considerable period of time, and don't expect any real help when you phone them.
