Spoke to 3 different people while organizing my windscreen and every one was friendly, professional and helpful. A1 customer service by phone. The lads who took my car were great and I had my car back earlier than planned. An all round excellent experience. Thank you guys. Highly recommend this company for professionalism .

2nd windscreen this year for my Tesla Model 3. Both times O’brien stated they needed the car at 100% charge. This is near impossible. First time it was 83% as I had to go to work first. They took a while to decide if they would actually do the job.  Got the car back at 78%. Second time was at about 95% and got it back with 90% charge. Yes electric cars are scary but do you realise that 100% is over 430km range? A more realistic number would be 50%. It only takes 5-10km 2-3% on my car to calibrate the cameras, not a Ferris Bueller-esque road trip. Do your homework, O’brien. Rest of the service and work was excellent.

Fast and prompt service. Had an appointment for 2 pm, and they had my car in and finished by 3:15, including the 10-minute wait to drive to allow the glue to set in the sun.nVery professional with great service. They told me to help myself to tea and coffee machine and their free wifi.nJob well done guys

Vehicle dropped in for a windscreen replacementFord Mustang 30th JunenMet with a top bloke Manager at reception who explained the process.  Keys handed over.  They Ubered me home, and Ubered me back when the car was ready for collection. Explained the warranty process, gave the receipt with his card and I was on my way home.  What a service- I’m impressed.nThank you O’Briens
