Great and friendly service. The new windscreen can with a higher mirror attachment and it meant the mirror didn't see out the back window and straight into my head unit. The staff were more then happy to help me out free of charge.

Contacted O'brien for a quote for a windscreen replacement. Got a phone call from a call center and got ask some pretty irrelevant questions prior to being given the quote which were obviously designed to see if i was a clueless female then proceeded to quote me $690. I am not an idiot, that's a ridiculous price, i have a standard windscreen with no electrical components attached. Have been quoted under $300 for the replacement by 3 other places since. O'brien are dodgy, profiteering scammers. don't bother.

We had Julian come out and replaced our car windscreen. Very friendly guy and great service. He recommended we replace wiper blades as well coz ours was worn down and not in good working condition. I was sceptical with the new blades he was telling me about but looking back now it was worth the cost of changing after all. Thanks again Julian!!
