O’Briens out at Sumner are absolutely top notch in my experience. After my windscreen cracked and having concerns regarding using OEM or aftermarket glass for my car with ADAS and the rain sensor, Chris did an amazing job with explaining their processes regarding glass quality giving me the peace of mind I needed.nnWhen the windscreen was out, one of their techs called me to come see something of concern on the windscreen and dash as I had had these out previously for a repair inside the dash board. There was no obligation to do this but the care taken to notice these things was refreshing.nnThe job went perfectly, the new glass looks amazing and I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. My biggest tip would be to NOT use the call centre. Go and speak to them directly as there is a disconnect between bookings made in the call centre with stock being ordered in as experienced by my brother once before which was rectified by O’Briens Sumner. I’ll definitely be going back with my project car when the time comes

I'll go to Nationwide Windscreens Sumner 1 minute drive away next time.nnDropped car off and left only to be called back later to tell me that they didn't have the replacement windscreen. There are digital workflows that should have automatically notified me of this the day before the job if there was no allocated stock. No human intervention needed as it should default to no stock. Also need a better handle of when supply will come in. My second appointment 2 weeks later was also cancelled.nnI wouldn't be surprised if this was all just to string me along after the Christmas period in order to stop me from getting the work done quicker elsewhere.nnThe completed job was good and their installer managed my expectations well by informing me of a potential problem which luckily didn't eventuate.nnI'll go elsewhere next time.nnDon't reply below with a message to email you. Please improve your automated systems.

Got my windscreen replaced here. After driving away I spotted a couple of defect marks scratches on the glass which were missed at install.nnCalled up straight away. The team were incredibly easy to deal with to get a warranty replacement. Heath in the office was courteous and helpful.nnReturned the car a couple weeks later and got my replacement screen hassle free.nnThanks O'Brien Summer.

Id love to do a shout out to the young girl who assisted me early this morning right on open I think her name was Charlie. Unfortunately what we were hoping to do didnt quite go to plan, but she went above & beyond in trying to help solve a small issue prior to my sons driving test with a tiny chip in the windscreen. This was all last minute, she squeezed us in and walked me through some options. Id like to let her know she has amazing customer service and must have been our lucky charm as our car passed the pre-check inspection & my son passed his driving test without a cross - 100%.nWe've always had such great dealings with Sumner Park and will always be my go-to.nThank you!

Shitty service. Crap service, dont go near them.nThey kept changing the appointment date saying they didn't have the part screen. After long time, They booked my appointment, I travelled all the way to them to hear that the screen they received was broken.nGave me another appointment 1 month apart, I travelled again all the way to hear the same thing, the screen they received came damaged. Cold blooded people having no regrets.nSTAY AWAY FROM THEM.
